The purchase of an original artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all associated intellectual property rights remain solely with Rumi Rêvé.

Purchase of an original artwork does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, license, sell reproductions of, or create derivative works from the artwork.

Without prior written permission from Rumi Rêvé, artwork may not be:

• Reproduced, copied, scanned, printed, or distributed in any format
• Used for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes
• Modified, adapted, or incorporated into derivative works
• Used to produce merchandise, prints, digital products, or other reproductions
• Licensed or otherwise commercially exploited

Personal photographs of purchased artwork and noncommercial social media posts are permitted, provided the artwork is credited to Rumi Rêvé and the image is not used for commercial purposes.

PRINTS, MERCHANDISE & LICENSING

Rumi Rêvé retains the right to reproduce any artwork, including artwork that has been sold as an original.

Artwork may be reproduced or used by Rumi Rêvé for open-edition or limited-edition prints, publications, merchandise, licensing, promotional materials, or other commercial purposes.

Ownership of an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights to the buyer.
